About us
From a UK coeliac family
Coeliac Central was started by a family living with coeliac disease. When the diagnosis came, we spent hours piecing information together from dozens of places. These guides are what we wish we’d had on day one: clear, practical and checked against current UK guidance.
The Beginner’s Guide is the first title in the Coeliac Central series, with more guides on the way.
